Coconut seems to be one of those flavors that people either love or hate. Personally, I love all things coconut, with coconut desserts being at the top of the list. There’s something about sweet coconut treats that’s reminiscent of warm weather, sunshine, and palm trees. What’s not to love?! I recently came across this recipe for triple-coconut cream pie and basically started drooling on the spot.
