I’m a pretty good cook (if I do say so myself), but I’ve never been much of a baker. I find cooking much more forgiving. You can just toss in a bit of this and a bit of that, and taste test as you go. Baking is a much more exact art, and I often just don’t have the patience to follow a recipe from A to Z. That’s why the recipe I’m about to share with you is so great – it’s no-fuss and perfect for a beginner or novice baker.

Kristyn of the blog Lil’ Luna shared her recipe for homemade bread that is truly simple. The end result is a loaf of soft, fluffy bread with a golden brown crust that’s perfect for sandwiches, toast, French toast, and anything else you’d like. Personally, I would serve this recipe with a homemade tomato or butternut squash soup. Yum.
