Embarking on a weight loss journey can definitely be overwhelming. You want to make some lifestyle changes, but where do you start? Although hitting the gym and eating a healthy, balanced diet are both viable options, today, we’re going to provide you with something a little more specific.

Shape Magazine shared a no-sweat, 10-minute, full-body workout to do before bed that will keep your metabolism fired up while you sleep. The best part about this workout is that it requires no equipment, and it can be done in the comfort of your own home. And did we mention it’s only 10 minutes long?

Not only is this workout extremely straightforward, but it’s so short that you can’t make a single excuse for not doing it. If you put 10 minutes aside before bed to do this workout on a daily basis, you’re bound to start seeing results (especially when combined with a healthy diet and other forms of exercise throughout the week). Remember to stretch well before and after! And remember to listen to your body — if an exercise is causing you pain or extreme discomfort, you should stop doing it right away.
