Repeat this sequence twice:
20 seconds of elbow plank
20 seconds of right side plank
20 seconds of left side plank
20 alternating lunges
20 jump squats or a 20-second wall sit
Not only is this workout extremely straightforward, but it’s so short that you can’t make a single excuse for not doing it. If you put 10 minutes aside before bed to do this workout on a daily basis, you’re bound to start seeing results (especially when combined with a healthy diet and other forms of exercise throughout the week).
