Not only is this cookie recipe healthier, but it’s also gluten-free with no added sugar, and is also keto diet-friendly!

To make chocolate and peanut butter keto no-bake cookies, you will need:
1 1/3 cups of creamy peanut butter
Two teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
Two cups of unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tablespoons of melted butter

Directions:
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, coconut flakes, cocoa powder, peanut butter and vanilla extract and stir to combine (if you want your cookies a little sweeter add in a teaspoon or two of stevia)
- Using a scooper or spoon place cookie batter on baking sheet. Using the back of the spoon, gently mold each scoop into a 3″ cookie.
Step 4: Freeze for 30 minutes or until set.
Step 5: Store in an airtight container in your freezer.
