How To Make Easy Orange Dreamsicle Fudge

When I was a kid, one of my favorite things to eat on a hot summer day was an orange creamsicle. You know, those frozen treats that are a combination between an orange popsicle and ice cream? One of my other favorite desserts, to this day, is fudge. So you can likely imagine my excitement when I stumbled upon a dessert recipe that incorporates both of these glorious treats. Thanks to Angel McGuire for sharing!

To make orange dreamsicle fudge, you will need:
1 bag of white chocolate chips
1 can of white frosting (NOT whipped)
Crush Orange ice cream topping
Directions:
Step 1: Melt the frosting in a saucepan over low heat (so it doesn’t burn) until the frosting is glossy. Add in the chocolate chips and continue cooking over low heat, stirring until the chips are melted and blended well with the frosting.
Step 2: Pour the contents out into a greased 8 x 8″ pan (or parchment paper-lined pan). Drizzle the Orange Crush ice cream topping over top and if desired, swirl the topping through the fudge with a fork or toothpick.
Step 3: Cool the pan in the refrigerator until it has set. Cut the fudge into desired-sized pieces once it has set.
Note: This recipe can be altered to taste by using different flavors of chips and frosting.
White chips + lemon frosting = lemon fudge
Chocolate chips + fudge frosting = chocolate fudge
Peanut butter chips + white frosting = peanut butter fudge
Andes mint chips + chocolate frosting = mint chocolate fudge
(I add a touch of mint extract to these)
