The 2-Ingredient Solution For Stained, Grimy Cabinets

Most of us spend a decent amount of time in the kitchen, and this is generally the room in our homes that gets dirtiest the fastest. Between food splatter, grease, and dust, our kitchen cabinets can take a serious beating. Thankfully, there’s an extremely simple (and cheap!) solution for making them look like new again.

Jillee from One Good Thing by Jillee explains that the best way to remove gunk from kitchen cabinets is by making a solution of one part coconut oil and two parts baking soda. Simply mix the ingredients together in a small bowl, then apply the mixture to your cabinets with a sponge, cloth, or your hands.

Jillee recommends using an old toothbrush to rub the mixture into nooks, crannies, and hard-to-reach parts of your cabinets. Once you’ve rubbed the solution into all areas of your cabinets, use a clean cloth to wipe them clean.

As you can see, the results are pretty amazing! It’s a wonder that these two natural ingredients can do such an amazing job at cleaning stuck-on grease, food residue, and dirt. Try doing this method a few times a year so that all of your kitchen cabinet cleaning in between is minor.
