How To Make Perfectly Soft Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread
Cinnamon is probably my most frequently used spice. Whether I’m making a flavorful curry or a sweet, fall-inspired dessert, cinnamon is just the perfect addition. I’m not sure if anyone else grew up eating cinnamon bread, but I certainly did. I have fond memories of my grandmother baking cinnamon bread in her kitchen, and letting us enjoy it while it was still warm. Well, I’ve found an elevated version of this recipe that is sure to stir up some nostalgia for many of us!
This recipe for pull-apart cinnamon bread is courtesy of the food blog How Tasty. The soft brioche dough and slightly crispy cinnamon exterior makes for the perfect combination. Plus, this recipe is totally acceptable as a breakfast food with a steaming hot cup of tea or coffee.
The reason this recipe has “pull-apart” in the title is because the dough is stacked in layers to ensure the glaze is evenly spread out, giving this recipe a pull-apart function. Many of you may know this type of recipe as monkey bread, but the shape of this loaf and the bread-like slices makes it way better in my opinion.
No fancy ingredients or baking methods required for this recipe! Just some typical pantry staples that you can whip up and bake in no time. This is a great recipe to bring to a brunch potluck, birthday, baby shower, or other get together. You can find the full recipe here.
