Cinnamon is probably my most frequently used spice. Whether I’m making a flavorful curry or a sweet, fall-inspired dessert, cinnamon is just the perfect addition. I’m not sure if anyone else grew up eating cinnamon bread, but I certainly did. I have fond memories of my grandmother baking cinnamon bread in her kitchen, and letting us enjoy it while it was still warm. Well, I’ve found an elevated version of this recipe that is sure to stir up some nostalgia for many of us!

The reason this recipe has “pull-apart” in the title is because the dough is stacked in layers to ensure the glaze is evenly spread out, giving this recipe a pull-apart function. Many of you may know this type of recipe as monkey bread, but the shape of this loaf and the bread-like slices makes it way better in my opinion.
