When it comes to eating, I’m definitely a snacker and sampler. I would far rather try a bunch of different foods in small amounts than have one heaping serving of the same thing. That’s why this Thanksgiving, I’m going to make this recipe for mini pumpkin pies. They’re the perfect size, and it’ll give my guests the opportunity to try other little desserts as well!

The best part about this recipe is that you don’t need to make the mini pie crusts from scratch. Store-bought tart shells are absolutely fine! The other ingredients are fairly simple, but these mini pies are absolutely delicious.
