Don’t get me wrong – I love having a full house over the holidays. However, I do tend to get a little stressed when I’m planning out what to feed everyone throughout the course of multiple days. When you have guests staying over and a busy schedule of family get-togethers, there’s usually limited time available for meal prep and cooking. That’s why I’m constantly on the lookout for quick and easy recipes that will feed an entire crowd of people.

The best part about this breakfast casserole is that it can be prepped ahead of time, placed in the fridge, and taken out about 20 minutes before you’re ready to cook. Pop the casserole dish in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes, and breakfast is served!
