How To Make A Booze-Infused Pineapple Whip

I love a good summer cocktail just as much as the next person. Whether it’s a minty and refreshing mojito, a slushy peach bellini, or an ice-cold glass of rosé, there are few things more satisfying than lounging in the sun with a delicious drink in your hand. Since I’m such a connoisseur of summer-inspired drinks, I have to share this one with you – it would practically be a crime if I didn’t.

Popsugar recently came out with a recipe for a boozy pineapple whip that’s just as perfect as it sounds. You don’t have to be a seasoned bartender to make this summery drink – all you need is frozen pineapple, coconut milk, flavored rum (either coconut or pineapple), condensed milk, and some pineapple slices and/or maraschino cherries as a garnish.

Blend the ingredients together, and voila! You’ll be left with a slushy pitcher of pineapple goodness that’s perfect for the poolside or simply just lounging around on a hot summer day. This would be an excellent drink recipe to whip up for a barbecue, family get-together, or any other type of summer party.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I’ll be waiting for the first sweltering summer day to whip up this recipe. Click here for the full list of ingredients and step-by-step instructions. And remember, if booze isn’t your thing, just omit the alcohol – it will still taste absolutely delicious. Enjoy!
