How To Make A Tropical-Inspired Blue Coconut Cocktail

I live somewhere with cold, snowy, and very long winters. With the global pandemic still running its course, travel has undeniably been out of the question. I am longing for a hot, tropical vacation – but until then, we might as well make some tropical-inspired cocktails, right?

Blogger Jennifer Meyering concocted a recipe for blue coconut cocktails that’s reminiscent of warm, sandy beaches and slushy poolside drinks. I’ve never been a huge DIY cocktail fan, mostly because I assume they require a ton of different ingredients that I likely don’t have on hand. However, this recipe is pretty simple!

You pretty much only need some vodka (we’ve got a lot of that in our freezer!), pineapple juice, coconut cream, and blue curacao (can be found at most liquor stores). Along with a few optional garnishes, you’ll be able to whip up some Friday night cocktails and plan out your next vacation!
