How To Make A Delicious Burrito Mixture In The Slow Cooker
As a busy working mom, I’m always on the lookout for quick and easy dinners I can prepare for my family. Because I don’t have a ton of time, the slow cooker is one of my most-used cooking tools. If you’re also on the hunt for easy recipes that also happen to be delicious, I’ve got a great one to share with you!
Stacy Nunez took to Facebook to share her recipe for a mouthwatering burrito mixture. All you have to do is pop a bunch of ingredients into a slow cooker, walk away, and come back to a ready and delicious dinner! Serve over rice or with tortillas, and you’ve got yourself a yummy dinner that the whole family will enjoy!
Stacy explains that all you have to do is put four chicken breasts, one pack of fiesta ranch mix, one can of black beans (drained), one can of Rotel, one can of corn (not drained), and one block of cream cheese in the slow cooker. Either cook on high for four hours or on low for six hours. Creamy, flavorful, and extremely simple!
Big thanks to Stacy for sharing this creative and easy recipe!
