1. Practice Gratitude

Although it’s not always effortless to feel thankful, practicing gratitude by verbally saying things like “thank you” or “I appreciate [blank]” can release serotonin, a neurotransmitter responsible for elevating mood. Even on your worst days, find small things to express gratitude towards.
2. Move!
