How To Make Creamy Baked Ranch Chicken

source: Facebook/Bobbie Kudlock

I have a few quick, simple, and delicious dinner recipes that I rotate through way too often. We’re an extremely busy, on-the-go family, so when I find a recipe that I can whip up easily and quickly on a weeknight, I tend to make the same recipe over and over again. Thankfully, I can now expand my weeknight dinner recipe list with the one I’m about to share with you.

Bobbie Kudlock shared an awesome chicken recipe via Facebook that sounds absolutely delicious, and sounds like something the whole family would enjoy. Plus, it’s extremely simple to make and doesn’t require very many ingredients – a win-win cooking scenario if you ask me. Bobbie describes this as an “eyeball-it-kinda-recipe,” so there are no exact measurements. But something tells me this would be pretty hard to mess up!

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts (4 to 8 depending on how many mouths you’re feeding)

Softened cream cheese

Ranch dressing recipe powder

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Shredded cheese

Bacon pieces or bacon bits (use real bacon if possible)

Directions:

Step 1: Place the raw chicken breasts in a baking pan.

Step 2: Rub the softened cream cheese over the chicken breasts. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after touching the raw chicken.

Step 3: Lightly sprinkle the ranch dressing powder, onion powder, and garlic powder over the chicken.

Step 4: Top with the shredded cheese and bacon pieces.

Step 5: Bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.

There you have it – quick, simple, and absolutely delicious. Thanks for sharing this awesome dinner recipe, Bobbie!
