A Cozy Camper Was Combined With A Volkswagen Beetle To Make The Coolest Trailer Ever

I’ve seen luxurious tiny homes that are so spacious, they make the average-size apartment look comparable. But it’s rare that I see a tiny home so minuscule, yet completely functional. The tiny home I want to share with you today falls into that latter category. The “Supper Bugger” is a camper built on a 1969 Volkswagen Beetle with a 1973 Super Beetle engine. You truly have to see it to believe it!

This unique vehicle had the same owner and original builder for a whopping 52 years. The suspension was modified to accommodate the camper.

The interior is completely original, complete with AM/FM CB radio.

The auction house that sold the Super Bugger, Mecum Auctions, described it as able to sleep “two adventurous individuals.” I’d say!

Unfortunately the Supper Bugger has sold, but maybe it’s given you some inspiration for future car and camper collaborations! This amazing creation has brought me right back to the 70s in the very best way possible. I’d sure love to own something like this one day!
