How To Make A Bacon And Cheese ‘Meatloaf Roll’

When I think of meatloaf, I immediately think back to weeknight dinners as a child when that’s what we’d often be served. There’s just something so comforting and nostalgic about meatloaf – it’s right up there with mac n’ cheese, in my humble opinion. Although traditional meatloaf recipes are great, the one we’re going to share with you today puts a modern, unique spin on meatloaf that’s bound to be a hit with the whole family.
The BBQ Pit Boys came up with a meatloaf recipe that involves rolling the meatloaf into a log with some added bacon and cheese. But before you picture this meatloaf log going into the oven, they cook it right on the barbecue. Pretty cool, right?
The best part about this recipe is that it doesn’t involve many ingredients, making it super quick and easy to whip up (or should I say roll up). Throw it on the grill for about an hour on a low temperature, and you’ve got yourself a drool-worthy dinner that both kids and adults alike are going to absolutely love.
