Since 1993, Coventry Log Homes have been selling a wide range of log cabin kit homes made in their Woodsville, New Hampshire factory. They pride themselves on creating quality pine, cedar log, timber frame, and hybrid homes that are also reasonably priced. Today, I wanted to show you their most popular model, the Woodland. This 1,140-square-foot home is oh so charming with an extremely reasonable price tag to boot!
The Woodland features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a loft, and an open-concept design. The pre-cut log package starts at just $35,800, with the 6×8 complete package listed for $74,700. It’s essentially impossible to build a home this lovely for less than $74,700, making this a super reasonable price if you ask me!
This home would be the perfect size for two people, but would also make for an excellent weekend retreat cabin. The interior is beautiful and rustic, and the large porch is perfect for relaxing on with a cup of coffee (or glass of wine!).
There are even one, two, and three-car garages that can be added to this model if you wanted some more space!
