Vaseline was designed to soothe dry, chapped skin and lips. And while you can certainly use Vaseline for both of these things, there are also lots of other, unexpected uses for this popular product. Here they are!

1. Unstick A Zipper

To help free a stuck zipper, apply a small amount of Vaseline to the teeth around the zipper.

2. Preserve Nail Polish

To prevent nail polish from drying and sticking to the top of the bottle, apply some Vaseline around the top before fastening the lid.
