Quick And Easy Exercises To Get Rid Of A Double Chin
If you have a bit of extra skin under your chin, you’re certainly not alone. Whether your double chin only appears in photos, or likes to pop up more often than that, a double chin can definitely make you feel self-conscious. If you’re sick of a double chin affecting your confidence, the following exercises can help get rid of it.
1. Nose Touch
Put a finger under your chin so that you can feel your muscles contracting. Stick out your tongue and try to touch it to the tip of your nose. Repeat for a minute or two.
2. Jaw Thrust
Turn your head to one side and stick your jaw out slightly. Hold the position for a few seconds, then relax your jaw. Then, turn your head to the other side and repeat.
3. Mouth Stretch
Open your mouth as wide as you can. Slowly close your mouth while pushing your jaw out at the same time. Let your mouth and jaw relax before repeating a few more times.
