I have always loved desserts involving oats. Whether it’s a date square with an oat crust or a good old fashioned oatmeal cookie, you can sign me up. And so, when I stumbled across this recipe for no-bake chocolate oatmeal bars, I knew I had to share them with you all. They’re fuss-free, and the perfect dessert for those of us who love a sweet treat but are pressed for extra time.

The great thing about this recipe is that it definitely leaves a lot of room for creativity. These bars are perfectly scrumptious on their own, but you could also add in shredded coconut, flax seeds, crushed almonds, or even some crumbled up pretzels for that perfect salty-sweet combination. YUM!
