How To Make Classic And Comforting Chicken Spaghetti

I’m Italian, so of course I adore all types of pasta. There’s just something so comforting about eating a big, warm bowl of pasta on a cold day. Or any day for that matter! I recently came across an old school comfort dish that I hadn’t heard about in some time, and wanted to share it all with you. As the days get shorter and the temperatures get cooler, this is one dinner recipe you’ll want to make on repeat.

Chicken spaghetti is an easy, filling dish that’s the definition of a tried and true recipe. You get a good dose of carbs from the pasta, protein from the chicken, and there’s even some vegetables thrown in there. This is a great recipe to make a big batch of and portion off meals to eat during the week. It makes for easy meal prep to heat up and serve on those frantic weeknights.

You might be surprised to learn that cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup are what make up the creamy, delicious sauce. It’s the perfect cheater recipe! Some chopped onion and pepper add some great flavor, and a sprinkle of Parmesan on top is of course the much needed finishing touch.

Delicious! I am completely leaning into comfort foods right now, and I can’t wait to whip up a big batch of this pasta for my family this weekend. I know it will be a total hit!
