Cute & Cozy 280-Square-Foot Tiny Home – Take A Tour!
You don’t need me to tell you that tiny homes have been extremely popular for the last few years. Many people are drawn to the simplification and more flexible living that tiny homes offer, and they definitely come with a ton of perks. If you’re a fan of tiny homes, you’re going to love this 280-square-foot beauty located in Aurora, Oregon.
Builder Chris Heininge designed this unique tiny home with many elements of Japanese architecture in mind. For such a small dwelling, Chris’s tiny home has a ton of genius space-saving features and design elements. Check out the living room with its large window and sliding door.
The kitchen features a fridge, microwave, convection oven, and small dining area. There’s also an electric fireplace tucked under the stairs.
Here’s the other side of the kitchen, as well as the bedroom (located over top of the kitchen).
The bedroom is gorgeous with its large window, built-in lighting, and custom drawers for storage.
And of course, there’s a tiny washroom complete with sink, toilet, shower/jacuzzi tub, and storage compartments.
It goes without saying that Chris did a phenomenal job designing and building this tiny home. The Japanese influences make it sleek and modern, but it also manages to feel warm and inviting. If you adore this tiny home, it can be yours for $70,000 and is available for delivery within 50 miles of Portland, Oregon.
